Be sure to specify that your donation is for the CHARLIE BARRECA TRANSPLANT TRUST FUND.

You can also make a donation online. Here's a step-by-step on how to do it.

1. First, you will need to set your browser preferences to accept cookies, then go to the American Liver Foundation's Donations Page. You'll see this form - fill out all necessary information. Please note that all fields with a red asterisk are required fields, and must be filled out.

Once all information has been filled out, click the 'Next Step' button. You will then see this screen:

Be sure to specify that the Honoree is Mr. Charlie Barreca, and use the ALF address in the address info. Once you're done, click the 'Next Step' button, which will take you to this screen, which will collect your credit card info as well as let you specify where your donation should go:

Be sure to classify the donation as an 'Unrestricted/General Contribution,' and be sure to type into the Personal Message box that the donation is for the Charlie Barreca Transplant Trust Fund. Then click the 'Next Step' button, and your donation will be recorded.
